Evance Olare

Evance Olare has worked in various roles in the sales and marketing industry since 2010. Evance began their career as an Area Sales Manager for Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA). In 2013, they moved to Brookside Dairy as an Area Sales Manager, where they were responsible for building retail business strategy and annual objectives, designing and implementing business processes, and appointing and evaluating suitability of new and old accounts. In 2018, they joined KEROCHE BREWERIES LTD as a Regional Sales Manager, where they determined annual unit and gross-profit plans and implemented national sales programs. Later that year, they took on the role of Sr Sales & Marketing Manager at Bakhresa Food Products Limited. In 2019, they became a Territory Sales Manager at HEINEKEN Hanoi Brewery Company Limited. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Country Manager - Kenya at Coolberg, where they are responsible for managing organizational sales, meeting planned sales goals, and setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Evance Olare has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi, which they obtained in 2018. Evance also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Moi University, which they obtained in 2011. In addition, they have two certifications: ISO from Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, obtained in February 2018, and Managing and Responding to Consumer Needs from The Coca-Cola Company.
