Kent Loog is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in both leadership and development roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Coolbet since June 2019, Kent is responsible for planning developments, team size, hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews, while also advocating for the team's wellbeing. Previously, Kent was a Software Engineer at Coolbet and Devtailor OÜ, where expertise in full stack development and modern web applications was demonstrated. In addition to technical proficiency, Kent has a background in military service as a Corporal in the Estonian Defense Forces. Kent holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tallinn University, completed in 2019, and a high school diploma from Saku Gymnasium, awarded in 2015.
