Madis Lempu

Madis Lempu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Madis is currently working as the Head Of Project Management at Coolbet since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Photographer in a freelance capacity starting from 2009. Madis also served as a Startup Project Manager at Elisa Eesti AS, where they were involved in new consumer-facing software product development and management, PoC's, integrations, research, and also served as a data protection ambassador. Before that, Madis worked as a Consultant Team Lead at Volkswagen Financial Services (China) where they managed an international team and worked on digitalization consulting projects for Volkswagen Finance. Madis was responsible for team and time management, R&D, observing KPIs, and communications. Madis also co-founded Need2Park and served as its COO, where they developed software to simplify parking lot management for medium to large parking lot owners. As the co-founder of SmartLife Group OÜ, they were involved in importing smart gadgets, hosting a web store, and developing smart home solutions. Madis also worked as a Manager at Vinüülkas, where they were responsible for event planning and marketing. Additionally, they have held roles as an intern at Estonian Development Fund and as a Marketing Manager at Wow Run (MTÜ Wow Sport). Madis also played a key role in building up the first craft beer bar in the second biggest city in Estonia as a General Manager at J.R. Schrammi Keller.
