Eva Sterk

Eva Sterk currently serves as Legal Counsel at Coolblue since August 2021, following a role as Junior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes positions as a student stagiaire focused on Employment and Pensions at CMS Netherlands in March and July 2020, and as a student stagiaire at Kerckhoffs Advocaten in the summer of 2019. Eva also completed an internship at Sappi Maastricht B.V. in April 2019, where the project involved mapping the employment conditions of Sappi Nederland. Additionally, Eva gained experience as a stagiaire at ProChile in late 2015. Educational qualifications include a Beroepsopleiding Bedrijfsjuristen from Stichting Beroepsopleiding Bedrijfsjuristen (2023-2024), a Master of Laws (LLM) in Onderneming en recht from Utrecht University, an extra-curricular program at Maastricht University Law College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Rechtsgeleerdheid from Maastricht University. An exchange semester was completed at Universidad de Huelva, and secondary education was obtained at Christelijk Gymnasium Utrecht.
