Ralph Oei is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Coolblue, serving as the Owner Workspaces since September 2005, where Ralph enhances the work environment for all employees through collaborative projects. As a Specialist in Digital Workspace, Ralph ensures easy access to information and systems, driving impactful change with minimal IT development. Previously, Ralph managed Coolcademy, focusing on scalable learning opportunities, and oversaw content creation as the Manager Content, emphasizing simplicity and storytelling. Ralph also held editorial and leadership roles at TEDxTheHagueLIVE and Toastmasters of The Hague, respectively, and began a career in product testing at Comparison BV.
