Neil is a Fortune 500 Consumer Products/Retail Executive with 20+ years of C-level/national leadership and long history of Board engagement. He's masterful at creating clear, compelling vision, shaping new strategies, and inspiring and aligning diverse groups. He has been successful in driving strong revenue, profit and market share results across diverse business environments through breadth of skills in business strategy, marketing, field operations, strategic partnerships, and business development.
Golden is currently Sr. Lecturer, Director of Experiential Learning for Northwestern University’s Medill School of Integrated Marketing Communications. He serves as an independent board director for Restaurant Brands International and Supply Logic. He’s also an advisory board member for Home Partners of America, Cooler Screens, and Golden Fleece Beverages. He enjoyed a nearly 25-year career with McDonald’s; his most recent position was Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald's USA, which he held for more than six years.
