Cindy Boyle Weinberg

Cindy Boyle Weinberg serves as the Associate Director of Development & Coaching for Business Professionals at Cooley LLP since June 2020, leading initiatives to enhance skills and provide growth resources for business professionals. Previously, Cindy held several roles at Cooley LLP, including Senior HR Learning & Development Manager and Professional Staff Development Manager, focusing on training program design and implementation. Prior consulting work as a Training and Development Consultant took place between November 2019 and May 2020. Cindy's experience also includes a significant tenure at Virginia Tire and Auto as Director of Talent Development, where leadership and training programs were developed for over 350 employees. Earlier positions include Training Specialist at Squire Patton Boggs and Outdoor Educator at Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Randolph-Macon College.
