Dennis Craig II

Dennis Craig II is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group at Cooley LLP, where work commenced in October 2019. Previously, a Law Clerk for the House Judiciary Committee in late 2018 involved assisting committee attorneys with legislative preparation and legal research. A Summer Associate at Goodwin in mid-2018 included tasks in due diligence and legal research for the Private Equity and Fund Formation practice groups, as well as recognition as a member of the Inaugural Class of Goodwin 2L Diversity Scholars. Prior experience as External Affairs Manager at No Labels spanned almost four years, facilitating communication with the Congressional Problem Solvers Caucus and producing "No Labels Radio." Earlier roles at No Labels included being a Political Associate, where responsibilities ranged from fundraising to conducting political analysis. Dennis Craig II holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Howard University.
