Edward Soderberg

Edward Soderberg is an experienced attorney specializing in conflicts analysis and resolution. Currently serving as a Conflicts Staff Attorney at Cooley LLP since August 2023, Soderberg's role involves conflict of interest management, including lateral hire clearances and complex issue resolution for the General Counsel's office. Prior to this, Soderberg worked as a Conflicts Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP and Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where responsibilities included ethical conflicts investigation and risk management.
