Fraser Brown

Fraser Brown is a Partner and Attorney at Cooley LLP since February 2012, with prior experience as an Attorney and Law Clerk at Banner & Witcoff, Ltd. from January 2007 to January 2012. Fraser began a career in research as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health from July 1998 to March 2004, following a PhD stint as a student at GlaxoWellcome from 1996 to 1997. Fraser holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center (2005-2008) and has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology from the University of Birmingham (1994-1998), in addition to a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Glasgow (1990-1994).
