Ritu Gupta

Ritu Gupta currently serves as Special Counsel at Cooley LLP, specializing in Life Sciences Corporate Partnering and Licensing since December 2017, after previously holding the position of Associate in the same field. Prior to joining Cooley LLP, Ritu Gupta worked as an Associate at WilmerHale from September 2014 to November 2017, focusing on Corporate Technology Transactions and Licensing. Ritu Gupta gained early experience as a Summer Associate at WilmerHale and as a Law Student Intern at NASA's Office of the General Counsel and the Superior Court of California. Ritu Gupta holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MA in Chemistry from Columbia University, and a BA in Biochemistry from Barnard College.
