Angeline Worley is a seasoned corporate paralegal with extensive experience in entity formation, corporate maintenance, compliance, and various legal processes. Currently serving at Coolidge Wall since June 2022, Angeline engages in tax elections, dissolutions, foreign registrations, conversions, mergers, stock transactions, and SEC and UCC filings. Prior to this role, Angeline worked at Pickrel, Schaeffer and Ebeling, Co. LPA from August 2014 to May 2022, focusing on corporate formations, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate closings. Earlier in the career, Angeline was a legal assistant at Skelton Law from June 2012 to April 2014.
