The patented channel cleaning methodology was initially developed to counter issues with conformal cooling designs. This type of cooling is characterized by a high complexity of geometry combined with small diameters and requires particular care due high susceptibility to clogging.
The uniqueness of the CoolingCare approach lies in a highly dynamic, bidirectional movement of the liquid inside the channel, causing cavitation phenomenon.
