Rick Frier

Rick Frier, the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, has more than two decades of executive leadership experience. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chiquita Brands International, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Board Director at Catalina Marketing and Chief Financial and Board Director at Mattress Discounters. Rick has also held leadership roles at Concept Five Technologies, Caliber Learning Network and Treasure Chest Advertising. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor’s of science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
