Tracey Thayer Mohr

Tracey Thayer Mohr has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Tracey is currently working as the HR Director, Commercial and Industrial at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems. Previously, they worked at Johnson Controls as the Director of HR for Buildings Solutions North America and Global Retail. In this role, they collaborated with business leaders to implement strategies that enhanced organizational performance and employee development. Prior to that, Tracey was the HR Director at Tyco, where they provided strategic direction and guidance for the fire protection installation and services business. Tracey also worked as the VP of Human Resources for the North America Company Owned Dealer Division at Culligan International, driving business performance and implementing programs to support employees. Tracey has held various HR roles at TelCove, LifeWatch, and Baxter International, where they demonstrated their expertise in HR management and business partnership.

Tracey Thayer Mohr, SPHR has a Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago, which was completed in 1995. Prior to this, Tracey graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Knox College.
