John Sanchez

John Sanchez, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in administrative and human resources roles. John started their career at Texas Department of Transportation in 1992, where they held various roles until 2001. John then worked as a Purchase/Materials Manager from 2001 to 2007, and later became the Director of Administration from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined CEC Energy, LLC as the Director of Human Resources and Administration. John was promoted to the role of Chief Administrative Officer in January 2017 and is currently serving in this position.

John Sanchez, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at Hardin-Simmons University from 1990 to 1994. John earned a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree during this time. Additionally, in February 2021, John obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
