Shusaku Endo

Shusaku Endo has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry. In 2008, they began their career at PwC as an Associate. In 2013, they moved to PwC as an Associate Consultant. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In 2015, they moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Associate. In 2018, they became a Partner/CEO at Endo C.P.A Firm / ABS Partners G.K and a Director at SAMURAI&J PARTNERS Co., Ltd. In 2019, they took on the role of CFO at Cooori Japan Co., Ltd. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Rooom Inc.

Shusaku Endo received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Soka University between 2003 and 2007. In 2013, they earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In 2012, they obtained a Japanese CPA certification, and in 2018, they obtained a Certified Public Tax Accountant (Japan) certification.
