Helle Ringer

Helle Ringer Gudmand is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategic transformation, interim management, and board advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer & ESG at Coop Danmark since July 2022, Helle leads a significant organizational transformation and oversees substantial financial transactions. Additionally, Helle has been a member of the Board of Directors at ORANA A/S since December 2018, contributing to the global supply of fruit-based raw materials. Previous roles include independent advisory positions for various Danish corporates, with focus on post-merger integration and leadership development. Helle holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and has completed advanced studies in Economics at Bielefeld University.
