Lars Ole Dybdal

Lars Ole Dybdal is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and organizational turnarounds across various sectors. Currently serving as CTO/CIO at Coop i Danmark since May 2022, notable achievements include stabilizing IT operations, implementing a new SAP S/4 Retail ERP platform, and achieving significant cost savings. Previously, as CIO for Politi from March 2016 to April 2022, Lars Ole Dybdal led several successful initiatives that garnered multiple Digitaliseringspriser awards and revitalized the organization’s culture. At Region Midtjylland, a successful turnaround of the electronic patient journal system was executed, while earlier roles at TDC and YouSee involved spearheading simplification programs and managing IT delivery for business operations. Lars Ole Dybdal holds a master's degree in Strategy, Organization & Management from Aarhus BSS and has furthered education at Copenhagen Business School and The Wharton School.
