Raq Massey is a skilled Development Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing reporting and data systems, overseeing prospect management processes, and supporting funder engagement activities. Currently employed at COOP since July 2024, Raq previously held the same title at Bottom Line until May 2024, where notable achievements include developing a Salesforce Dashboard to meet the Development Team’s needs and successfully managing an annual benefit event. Additional experience includes positions as Gallery Assistant at UrbanGlass, Operations Associate, and Communications Intern at Riley's Way Foundation, and Newman's Own Fellow at The Posse Foundation, showcasing a strong foundation in operations, collaboration, and program management.
