Rita Zicola has extensive experience in management roles within the retail sector, currently serving as Regional Manager at Coop City. Previously, Rita was a member of the Management Team in Switzerland at IKEA Group, holding positions such as Country Customer Relations Manager, Project Leader for B2B Kitchen, and General Store Manager with P&L responsibility. Rita also served as Sales Manager and HR Manager, contributing to various aspects of store management. Rita holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Innovation and Development from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
