Gustav Sverdrup-Thygeson

Gustav Sverdrup-Thygeson is an experienced executive with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and strategic growth. Currently serving as the Head of M&A and new growth opportunities at Coop Norge since November 2008, Sverdrup-Thygeson previously held roles as the Chief Executive Officer of Obs BYGG Montering AS and Senior Project Manager for strategic growth projects. With early career experience as a CFO and co-founder of several companies in the telecom and IT sectors, including Mobildata kjeden and NetPlus AS, Sverdrup-Thygeson's expertise spans financial management, operational strategy, and consumer electronics retail. Sverdrup-Thygeson holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School, completed in 1992.
