Victor Hoff

Victor Hoff is a senior leader with over 10 years of international experience in healthcare, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. They have held general manager roles across Europe and have held business strategy responsibilities at a global level. Victor has successfully completed multiple turnarounds, restructurings, and M&A initiatives, alongside experience in digitalization and market access. Currently, they serve as a daily leader at Coop Norge and have recently held the position of CEO at Blatchford, leading operations in the Nordic markets. Victor holds multiple advanced degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and the University of Nordland.
