Tone Odvold

Tone Odvold serves as the Daglig leder at HR-huset AS, a leading HR competence house in Norway since January 2020, where a strong HR team focuses on delivering added value to individuals. Prior to this role, Tone held the position of Experienced Senior People Management Consultant at RightTone, specializing in People & Culture processes and Change Management. Additional experience includes positions such as Nordic HR Director at SATS Group and Vice President People & Culture at Nordic Choice Hotels, along with various HR leadership roles at Reitan Convenience Norway AS and Reitan Servicehandel. Tone's career began in marketing at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Enviro Team AS after graduating from BI Norwegian Business School.
