Karel Parve

Karel Parve serves as the Head of Retail Banking and a Member of the Management Board at Coop Pank AS since November 2023. Previously, Karel held multiple leadership roles at LHV from July 2019 to September 2023, including Head of Private Banking and Risk Clients, Head of Private Banking, and Head of Operational Risk. Karel's experience also encompasses a tenure at LuminorGroup as a Product Manager, where responsibilities included business strategy development and process efficiency for private lending products, as well as serving as a Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager. Earlier experience at Swedbank involved leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and managing projects related to banking services. Karel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Bucknell University and an Associate's degree from Garrett College.
