Nathalie Golliet is an experienced professional in culinary communication and strategy, currently serving as the owner of L'atelier de communication culinaire since 2008. Nathalie has a strong background in project management, including the design and implementation of the Mangeons Local initiative for CERVIA from 2011 to 2014, aimed at supporting local restaurateurs in Île-de-France.
