Ashton attended Texas A&M University where she received her BBA in 2021. She worked at Chick-fil-A for over 2 years as a Marketing Director and then an Executive Director. She fell in love with the culture that Chick-fil-A offers and knew it was something she wanted to be connected to long-term.
