Sanne Hadders

Sanne Hadders currently serves as the Regional HR Director for Northern Europe at Cooper Consumer Health, starting in January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Director HR at MSD from July 2014 to December 2023, where Sanne led HR initiatives for the Haarlem site, encompassing 1400 employees, and drove the People strategy for both production/packaging and global support functions. Additional roles at MSD included HR Client Relationship Management Specialist, Interim Manager for the NL HR Operations team, and HR Business Partner, where notable achievements involved leading organizational redesigns and recruitment initiatives. Prior experiences also include HR advisory roles at McDonald's Nederland and Foot Locker Europe, as well as an HR Graduate position at ING. Sanne's educational background features a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Twente, alongside several professional development courses in HR and labor law.
