Regional Credit Analyst at Cooper Electric Supply

Perri Sobel has a diverse work experience in credit and collections. Perri started their career as a Senior Credit Assistant at Carter-Wallace, Incorporated in 1986 and worked there until 1995. Perri then joined Micro Central as a Senior Credit Analyst, responsible for credit analysis and collections of major accounts. In 1996, they became the Credit Manager at Rutgers Express, where they directed all credit and collections activities and developed the company's dunning letter process. From 1997 to 2012, Perri worked at Packet Publications as a Credit Manager, overseeing the Credit and Collection Department and providing feedback to upper management on payment status. Since 2013, Perri has been working as a Regional Credit Analyst at Cooper Electric Supply, managing a portfolio of accounts and improving cash flow through efficient deduction reduction and effective communication with clients and management.

Perri Sobel has a diverse education history. They first attended Mercer County Community College from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A) degree in Music. Later, from 1985 to 1990, Perri attended the same institution and earned an Associate of Science (A.S) degree in Computer Operations.

In addition to their formal education, Perri Sobel has acquired several certifications. The most recent certifications include "Dan Ariely on Making Decisions" obtained in February 2022, "Power BI Essential Training" in January 2022, and "Getting Started with Power BI" in December 2021. Other certifications they have obtained include "How Blockchains Will Change Business" in December 2021, "Accounting Foundations: Statement of Cash Flows" in November 2021, "Mindfulness Practices" in October 2021, "Statistics Foundations: The Basics" in September 2021, and "Excel: Introduction to Macros and VBA" in August 2021.
