Chad Wilson

Chad Wilson has a strong background in the energy industry, with a wide range of roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Energy Solutions at Santos Ltd. Chad was also the Vice President of Upstream Cooper Operations and the General Manager of Upstream Cooper Operations at the same company. Prior to that, they held various management positions at Talisman Energy, including Manager of Edson Operations and Team Lead for Conventional Development. Chad began their career as a Process Engineer at Teck Resources Limited. Chad Wilson will be joining Cooper Energy as their Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Chad Wilson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Zoology/Chemistry from the University of Alberta between 1993 and 1997. Chad further pursued their education at the same university, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering from 1997 to 2001.
