Lucas (Tuan) Tran is a highly skilled Petroleum Engineer with extensive experience in production and planning roles at Cooper Energy, where contributions to operating efficiencies and reservoir engineering projects have significantly enhanced offshore gas asset productivity. A researcher at the University of Adelaide, Lucas has published five peer-reviewed articles and was nominated for the 2022 Premier's Award in Energy & Mining for a project on environmentally friendly gas production technologies. Lucas has also held various leadership positions in student organizations, including strategic advisor and club president for the Adelaide University Vietnamese Students Association. With a strong educational background, including a PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Lucas has developed a solid foundation in engineering principles and collaborative project optimization across multiple organizations.
