Amy Curnew

Amy Curnew, PMP, ACC, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Curnew was the Director of Talent Development at SEPHORA from November 2018 to November 2023, where significant contributions included the development of the Grow platform and programming for leadership competency growth. Earlier experience includes roles as an Organizational Development Consultant at CaliperCanada, Director of Operations & Professional Services at Earning Through Learning, and Manager of Learning & Development at Shoppers Drug Mart, where a leadership program for succession planning was successfully launched. Additional roles spanned various positions in sales coordination and administration, starting with Laurentian Technomedia Inc. Curnew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Dalhousie University.
