Remi Ryel

Remi Ryel currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited since October 2015, overseeing talent management and payroll/benefits. Previously, Remi held the position of Manager of People & Culture, responsible for human resources, safety, training, and payroll. Prior to Cooper Equipment Rentals, Remi served as the Manager of Human Resources at SMS Rents, and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Kruger Inc., where responsibilities included HR functions for a manufacturing facility with 200 unionized employees. Remi holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a CHRL designation obtained during studies at University/College from 2009 to 2010.
