Suzanne McKay

Suzanne McKay, CHRP/CHRL, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited since April 2024. Prior to this role, Suzanne held multiple positions at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store, progressing from Manager, Human Resources to Senior Manager, Human Resources, where expertise was provided in employee performance and relations for both unionized and non-unionized staff. Previously, Suzanne enhanced the Talent Acquisition program at a start-up and offered organizational development guidance at Apple Express as a Human Resources Manager. Early career experience includes the role of Human Resources Generalist/Training Supervisor at Accuristix, managing HR operations and injury claims. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Human Resources certificate from Sheridan College.
