Betty brings over 20 years of experience exclusively in succession law, having acted for high-net-worth individuals, blended families, and clients with complex company and trust structures, rural estates, and international assets.

Betty is an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law (Qld) and provides estate planning, trust, probate, and estate administration advice to clients in relation to commercial and private client matters.

As a special counsel in Cooper Grace Ward’s private client’s team, Betty advises on all aspects of estate planning, including Wills, testamentary discretionary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, and superannuation, together with probate, executor, and beneficiary issues in estate matters.
