Kim Robledo-Diga

Kim Robledo-Diga currently serves as the Director of Learning and Audience Engagement at the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, a position held since June 2014, and previously held the role of Deputy Director of Education. Prior experience includes serving as Director for Innovation and Learning at The Newark Museum from September 2011 to June 2014 and overseeing professional development in design thinking and design-based education as Manager of Professional Development at Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum from November 2006 to September 2011. Earlier positions at The Newark Museum involved managing family events and the Junior Gallery, and Kim also worked as a Coordinator/Instructor at Baltimore Clayworks. Academic credentials include an MFA in Ceramics/Sculpture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BFA in Ceramics from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
