Kaitlin Burke has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Kaitlin started their professional career as an Engineering Intern at PartWorks in 2017. In 2018, they interned at Eaton - Lighting as an Engineering Intern. Kaitlin then joined Eaton as an Engineering and Technology Intern in 2019, where they conducted research and created sample programs for an IoT power meter. Also in 2019, Kaitlin worked as a Student Assistant at the Robert Ferst Center for Arts. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Cooper Lighting Solutions, before being promoted to Senior Embedded Software Engineer until 2022. Since April 2022, Kaitlin has been serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Cooper Lighting Solutions.

Kaitlin Burke pursued their education at McIntosh High School from 2011 to 2015, where they received their High School degree. Kaitlin then continued their education at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. In 2019, they further pursued their studies at Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2020.
