Currently serving as Business Leader for Connected Buildings and Marketing Director for Ambient Lighting at Cooper Lighting Solutions since 2016, Troy has successfully driven growth in the specification and commercial grade markets. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Marketing Manager at Eaton, where double-digit growth was achieved, and as Director of New Product Development at Eaton's Cooper Lighting Division, managing teams and enhancing product vitality across multiple brands. Troy's career began at Siemens Energy and Automation as Regional Engineering Manager, overseeing diverse engineering teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Kennesaw State University.
