Kai Mayer has over 20 years of experience in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, currently serving as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager and Master Black Belt at Cooper Standard since October 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement Manager for Europe at Superior Essex and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included both managerial and technical leadership in continuous improvement initiatives. Kai Mayer began the professional journey as a Black Belt at Johnson Controls Automotive and has held various positions within the company that further developed expertise in operational excellence. Educational background includes studies at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and Gymnasium Phillipinum Marburg.
