Michael Newton, CSCP, is an experienced IT manager and supply chain professional with a strong background in managing global purchasing processes within Cooper Standard since October 2017. Their roles have included leading business systems analysis projects, overseeing the implementation of Procure-to-Pay systems in North America, Europe, and China, and managing indirect source-to-pay processes. Prior experiences include serving as a Senior Associate at KPMG, where technical leadership was provided during e-procurement system launches, and a Managing Consultant at IBM, overseeing major SAP and Oracle deployments across multiple regions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at the University of Arizona.
