Phil Hall

Phil Hall is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently serving as Program Engineering Manager for the Fluid Division at Cooper Standard since October 2008. In this role, Phil manages a team of two Program Engineers, focusing on the engineering interface for UK OEM customer fluid systems. Prior to this position, Phil held the title of Senior Program Engineer, coordinating new program launches and overseeing design liaison, as well as DV and PV testing. Before joining Cooper Standard, Phil worked at Toyoda Gosei Fluid Systems UK Ltd. as Applications Engineering Manager and Applications Engineer, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and launching fluid carrying line programs. Phil's career began as a Maintenance Project Engineer at Woodbridge Foam UK Ltd., where key implementations included TPM and Lock In/Lock Out procedures. Phil holds a 2:1 BEng Hons degree in Automotive Engineering Design from Coventry University.
