Chris Cummings

Chris Cummings is an experienced technology executive with a background in IT and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Cooper Steel since April 2020, Chris previously held the role of Senior Consultant at Fident Consulting and was CIO at Vaco, where key responsibilities included establishing partnerships across 40 global locations and managing networking and infrastructure services. Chris has also worked as an Independent Consultant, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Medquist Transcription Services, and held various leadership positions at Spheris, North Highland, Medibuy, and Arthur Andersen, focusing on product management, operations, and ERP implementations. Chris holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University.
