William Lalance

William LaLance currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant On-site Project Manager at Cooper Steel since June 2023, also holding a position as an Assistant Pre-Construction Estimator. Prior to this role, William completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in May 2023 and gained practical experience as a Business Student at the same university from August 2019 to May 2023. William's internship experience includes a role as Operations Intern at GEODIS in 2022 and as an Order Picker at GEODIS in 2020. Earlier work experience includes a position as a Framer at Rick Schultz Construction in 2019 and as an Outside Golf Worker at Stones River Country Club from 2016 to 2019. William graduated with a High School Diploma in Theatre from Siegel High School in 2019.
