Ruben M. Savizky

Ruben Savizky is an accomplished academic professional with extensive experience in the field of biophysical chemistry. Currently serving as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and a Professor at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art since January 2005, Ruben has held various roles including Acting Associate Dean, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. Prior to this, Ruben co-founded Red Hen Spectra in 2006 and was a graduate student at Yale University from 1998 to 2004, where a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in biophysical chemistry was earned. Ruben's educational journey began at Forest Hills High School.
