Aj Alfieri

AJ Alfieri has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They began their career in 2001 at Medstaff, Inc as a Senior Personal Placement Consultant and Team Leader. In 2007, AJ joined Doublestar, Inc as a Recruitment Consultant. They then worked at Einstein Healthcare Network as a Senior Recruitment Specialist from 2010 to 2016. Following that, AJ joined Lourdes Health System as a Manager of Talent Acquisition until 2019. Currently, they are working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Cooper University Health Care.
