Jacqueline Lilly

Jacqueline Lilly has a strong background in healthcare access and patient registration. Jacqueline is currently working as the Senior Director of Healthcare Access at Cooper University Health Care since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Patient Access at AtlantiCare from 2011 to 2023, where they managed core registration functions for inpatient and outpatient services and led a team of 150 employees. Jacqueline also worked as the Patient Registration and Scheduling Manager at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System from 2004 to 2011, overseeing registration functions in the Emergency Medicine and Labor & Delivery departments.

Jacqueline Lilly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania. Jacqueline later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration from Eastern University. In May 2019, they obtained additional certifications including Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and Epic Access and Revenue Cycle Readiness Lead from Epic.
