Stacee Delp

Stacee Delp, SPHR, currently serves as Human Resources Business Partner at Cooper University Health Care since December 2023. Prior to this role, Stacee held the position of Human Resources Manager at NorthStar VETS from May 2021 to December 2023 and at the Family Service Association of Bucks County from July 2019 to August 2020. Stacee's experience also includes a brief tenure at Franklin Machine Products in late 2018, focusing on workforce development and employee relations, as well as serving as an HR Consultant at Gallagher, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for external clients. Stacee began their career as a Personnel Assistant at Mount Laurel Fire Department from September 2012 to December 2017. Stacee holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Monmouth University.
