Tanysha Powell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tanysha started their career as a Teacher's Aide at Project Forward Leap, where they supported students and parents with personal growth and academic assistance. Tanysha then worked as a Document Specialist at Cozen O'Connor, where they managed legal documents and filing systems. Later, at Cooper University Health Care, Tanysha served as a Senior Application Analyst and Lead Application Analyst, overseeing and maintaining various healthcare applications. Tanysha also founded their own company, Brown Girls Can, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Penn Medicine and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, focusing on implementing and enhancing healthcare applications.
