In this regard, Coopera has finalized a strategic partnership with Vertis SGR which envisages the collaboration of Coopera in the process of selecting the investments of the next Venture Capital fund of the company led by Amedeo Giurazza. The goal of collecting subscriptions for the VERTIS fund is set at € 60 million which will allow the Vertis fund to participate in at least 50 companies, mainly presented by Coopera's shareholder incubators. The first investments will begin in the first half of 2023 and then continue over the next 5 years.
