Teferi Assefa Demissie

Teferi Assefa Demissie is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure and data center management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure at Cooperative Bank of Oromia since October 2016. Teferi has previously held positions as a Linux System Administrator at IBM Zambia, and as ICT & MIS Manager at WASASA MFI S.C, where responsibilities included implementing core banking solutions and managing ICT infrastructure. Additionally, Teferi has a strong academic foundation, having completed a PhD coursework in Information Technology and holding a Master's degree in Computer Science from Addis Ababa University. Teferi's career also includes significant contributions to higher education as a lecturer in various universities and leading ICT initiatives for institutions such as UNDP-UNV and Hawassa University.
